Added more console feed back and fixed the TP command when used on a a player other than the current one. Prepped the animations for modularization. Moved version to 1510.

Fixed the Exchange Fireworks. They now play for all players in range and moved to debugging on standalone

Started making comment and documents about some of the modules. Also added Libs dlls to make sure they dnt get lost or messwith in version discrepancies
